気相反応分析には質量分析技術が広く使用されているが、アンモニアボンベに残留する水分子のため、アンモニアの水素化合物であるNH4が水分子などと質量が近く、通常の分解能の質量分析装置では評価できない。本報告では高分解能マルチターン飛行時間型質量分析装置を用いて、気相中アンモニアの分解及び反応を検討した。
