[17p-F314-5] Observation of electron diffusion process in silicon substrate using energy transfer

We observed the luminescence of an organic molecule thin film, fabricated on a silicon surface, due to energy transfer. The spatial image of the luminescence much larger than the excitation spot was obtained. The results demonstrate that the electrons diffuse not only the depth direction but also in-plane direction.
