[18a-A204-5] Development of elastomer/metal particle-composited sinter-free printable, stretchable conductive inks
Keywords:conductive material, stretchable material, printing
In thin film flexible electronics, development of stretchable conductor is important. In this research, for the purpose of development of sinter-free printable, stretchable conductive inks, SBS/Ag ink was prepared by compositing polystyrene-block-polybutadiene-block-polystyrene and silver flake in organic solvent and its electrodynamic physical properties was evaluated. The SBS/Ag ink wiring formed by stencil-printing showed conductivity (0.65 ± 0.12 Ω/sq) at room temperature drying for 10 minutes and had stretchability of more than 30%.
