[18a-A304-2] Study for X-ray Generation by Irradiating Pyroelectric Element with Plused UV Laser Beam

We have proposed a new type of X - ray generator comprises of an electron emitter made by pyroelectric element on which pulsed UV laser beams are irradiated to boost the pyroelectric element to emit electron therefrom. Neither high voltage nor high temperature is adapted to emit electrons from the electron emitter made by the pyroelectric element. In this presentation, we introduce the X-ray generator used for the latest experiments and the measurement results by it.
