[18a-A304-3] Dependence of X-ray intensity of pyroelectric crystal on gas species and its pressure

In this study, experimental studies on series of gas species and its pressure in order to reveal physical process of X-ray generation by the pyroelectric crystal. The pyroelectric crystal was sealed with heater, Cu target, and some types of gases. He, N₂, air, O₂, Ar, Kr, Xe was used. When we use air, gas pressure was changed in the range of 10^-5-10 Pa. The experimental results and discussion will be presented.
