Keywords:Graphene nanoribbon, Coulomb diamond
Up to now, we established advanced plasma CVD method by using Ni nanobar catalysts which can offer us integrated synthesis of suspended GNRs in wafer scale. To realize industrial application of GNR-based devices, it is important to reveal detailed electrical transport properties of our GNR devices. In this study, the detailed electrical measurement was carried out at low temperature. As a result, our GNR devices showed Coulomb diamond behaviors which is known from quantum dot transport property. The estimated size of quantum dot is almost same with that of GNR, indicating whole GNR plays as a single quantum dot. This result implies that our process can offer high quality GNRs with less defect and disorder, which is useful for future application of high performance quantum devices.
