We developed tunnel magneto-resistance (TMR) sensors to measure bio-magnetic fields from heart and brain of human. In the magnetocardiography that measures the magnetic field of the heart, the R peak was measured in real time, and the QRS complex was also measured by averaging for about 1 minute. In the magnetoencephalography which is a method of measuring the magnetic field from the brain, we successfully measured the signal of alpha wave by 10,000 times averaging.
