It is believed that many allergic diseases strongly relate to the supression of the barrier function of cell layer. However, the technique to evaluate the spatial distribution of the barrier function dose not exist. Recently, we have demonstrated that the chemical imaging sensor which is a semiconductor-based chemical sensor is able to visualize the cell layer and its electrical property as an image. In this study, we propse to improve spatial resolution.
