[18a-F310-7] Improvement of Solar Cell Characteristics by Using Quantum-Dot Superlattice Prepared by Sedimentation Method

We report the improvement of solar cells characteristics by using colloidal PbS QD superlattice fabricated by a sedimentation method. Theoretical estimation indicated that the improvement owed to the properties of the QD superlattice.
