Keywords:crystallinity, fullerene, pentacene

Fullerene thin films were grown on petnacene thin films on glass substrates by using a vacuum deposition technique. The morphology and crystallinity of the thin films were evaluated by AFM and X-ray diffraction, respectively. The XRD patterns showed that the crystallinity of the fullerene films was improved from an amorphous phase to a crystalline phase by introduction of pentacene thin films.
