微弱信号検出を目的として位置、エネルギー、時間情報が同時に測定できる線形増倍型のAvalanche PhotoDiode (APD)のピクセル上にSOI技術を用いて集積回路を実装した高精細高感度の量子イメージング検出器の開発を行っている。本講演では半導体デバイスシミュレータTCADを用いて、軟X線直接変換型のReach-Throuht APDの基本的な電界構造について報告する。
