We have studied Terahertz (THz) waves generated from laser plasma produced by intense laser pulse. To produce laser plasma, there is no limitation for incident laser energy. Therefore, intense THz waves might be expected by using an intense laser pulse. For THz generation from laser plasma, gase or solid has been used as a target of incident laser. We have proposed cluster target because laser absorption of cluster is higher than that of solid or gas. In this paper, recent progress of THz generated by intense laser-cluster interaction and material processing by intense THz waves are presented.
