[18p-B301-4] Observation of Si valence electron scattering by inelastic angle-resolved photoelectron spectroscopy

角度分解光電子分光(ARPES)では、バンド分散のみでなく電子格子相互作用等による電子の散乱に関する情報も得ることができる。本講演では、Si価電子帯頂上のホールがSiO2/Si界面に存在するSi-O-Siのある振動モードによって特異的に散乱されることがARPESの測定から見出されたので紹介する。この散乱が存在すると価電子の移動度は著しく低減することが予想される。
