ウェーハ上の金属汚染の厳しい制御が求められており、これに対応するためウェーハ上金属汚染の超高感度分析技術を開発した。ウェーハ上金属成分の回収から測定までの過程で極微量分析のための取り組みを行った結果、弊社既存装置で実現できなかった極微量金属汚染分析が可能となった。
