将来の高性能なコンピュータの実現のためには、半導体に代わるエネルギー効率の高いデバイスが望まれている。そこで、我々は低消費電力性に優れた断熱型量子磁束パラメトロン（AQFP）回路の研究を行っている。現在、AQFP回路を用いた超低電力マイクロプロセッサの実現に向けて、レジスタファイルの開発を進めている。今回16-word × 4-bitレジスタファイルの高速動作に向けた設計および評価を行った。
