In our group, we have been studying the optical properties by rare earth doped in semiconductors, and by combining the emission by two-dimensional photonic crystal nanocavities and rare earth doped ions in compound semiconductor, In this report, the fabrication and optical properties of two dimensional photonic crystal nanocavities with Er,O-codoped GaAs were reported.
