Along with increasing the efficiency of crystalline silicon solar cells, the utilize of single crystal Cz-Si has promoted. However, the formation of oxygen precipitates can promote degrade lifetime.Metal impurities incorporated into the device are also cause in a reduction of conversion efficiency.
In this study, the effect of phosphorus diffusion gettering on the metal contamination accompanied with oxygen precipitation was investigated.
