△ [18p-F306-4] Operand imaging of adhesive interface of wet samples using virtual cathode display by electron-beam scanning
Keywords:electron beam, bioimaging, adhesive interface
Scanning electrochemical microscopy (SECM) can acquire electrical properties of surfaces of various wet samples including living cells, while it cannot observe interaction on interfaces where samples adhere. We carried out electrochemical imaging of the interfaces of wet samples (micro fluorescent polystyrene spheres and an artificial lipid membrane) using electron-beam (EB) addressing virtual cathode by inverted EB lithography system as a scanning probe for SECM and measuring faraday current generated in the electrolyte solution.
