There are some kinds of factor for performance degradation of ultra-thin organic photovoltaics, and then focus on photodegradation in this lecture. In order to improve light stability of ultra-thin devices, Transparent Polyimide which can cut UV rays wavelength range are made extremely thin and used as substrate. As that result, to use Transparent Polyimide as substrate is quite good for light stability of ultra-thin organic photovoltaics
