[18p-G202-6] Relationship between series/parallel resistances in solar cell estimated from slopes in current-voltage characteristic and those in equivalent circuit

Kazuya Tada1 (1.Univ. of Hyogo)

Keywords:Organic thin-film solar cells, Equivalent circuit model

The series and parallel (shunt) resistances are important parameters for solar cell. If not otherwise noted, these values are expected as the relevant values in one-diode equivalent circuit. In the study of organic and perovskite solar cell, these values estimated from the reciprocal slopes of the current-voltage characteristics at open- and short-circuit conditions are frequently reported as series and parallel resistance. Here, relationship between such estimated values and the values in the one-diode equivalent circuit is reported.
