Recently we developed a new high-resolution silver electrodes printing process SuPR-NaP, in which dispersion of Ag nanocolloids protected mainly by alkylamines (Ag nanoink) is used. In this process, it is important that dispersion stability in ink and surface reactivity on pattern surface which chemisorb Ag nanocolloids to form electrodes coexist in this Ag nanoink. But its mechanism has still been unclear. This Ag nanoink is stable only in mixed solvent of certain composition, so solvent is thought to contribute to this unique dispersion stability of Ag nanoink. I will report there is big difference in Ag nanoparticles’ size in Ag nanoink and electrodes obtained by SuPR-NaP process between Ag nanoinks of different composition solvent.
