Keywords:Supported lipid bilayer, membrane protein

Supported lipid bilayer (SLB) has the possibility of being useful for understanding the membrane protein structure etc. from the planarity, however, it does not protect peripheral portions of transmembrane proteins from random orientation and denaturation if they come in contact with the substrate. In this study, we aim to form self-assembled monolayer (SAM) bound to specific site of membrane protein on mica, And SLB was formed on there.
