We present effects of applied electric-fields on lysozyme-protein crystallization at low temperature of 10℃ and 4℃. For lysozyme solutions in a supersaturated region, the electric fields of low voltage (< 1 V) at low frequency (20 Hz) induced the number and the size of the generated crystals under control.
