Perovskite semiconductors are attractive materials expected to be applied to solar cells and light emitting diodes because they have excellent optical properties and can be fabricated at low cost with a simple solution. In this study, we investigated a method of spraying fine droplets containing perovskite material by electrospray deposition method and generating perovskite nanoparticles by solvent drying.
