[19a-P5-1] Diffusion of OH Groups through the Binding Interface of Silica Glasses with containing Cl and OH groups

The diffusion of the OH group upon heat-treatement through the binting interface between a Cl containing OH-free silica glass plates and an OH-containing silica glass plate (ca. 1200 wt ppm of OH) were investigated. The manner of the diffusion of the OH groups in Cl-containing OH-free silica glass was the same as that in OH-containing silica glasses that had been reported previously.
