[19a-P6-24] Rapid and efficient removal of water soluble polymer from carbon nanotube dispersion

We accomplished rapid removal of water-soluble polymers from s-SWCNT dispersion. By mixing with halogenated solvent CH2Cl2, PEG was immediately precipitated out. 1H NMR spectra indicate >99% of PEG polymer was removed. TFT measurements were also carried out and fabricated devices exhibits a high on/off ratio (>105) with normally-off state.
