The purpose of this research is establishment of metal three-dimensional structure fabrication technology using focusing laser. Focusing laser, such as Gaussian beam or Bessel beam, enables us to localize metal particles to its beam waist, which is explained that the particles stably localized on the valley of a light radiation pressure potential. We aim to realize a three-dimensional processing method with accuracy of less than 100 nm by this localizing and accumulating method with position fluctuation of 10 nm or less. To achieve this fabrication method, it is indispensable to stably capture metal particles on the valley of the light radiation pressure potential, and fluctuation caused by the thermal motion of particles should be a bottleneck at that time. In this report, we describe the motion of particles under a certain light radiation pressure potential by the stochastic differential equations including random noise, that is, the Langevin equation with the potential term. We will discuss the optimization of the metal particle diameter for localizing, with position uncertainty below the desired amount, and we aim to find the desired trapping environment for that optimized capturing.
