超伝導ナノワイヤ単一光子検出器（SSPD）を多数配列したSSPDイメージングシステムの開発が注目されている。我々は、2N読出し構造と単一磁束量子（SFQ）回路を用いた信号読出しの2種類の信号多重化技術を組み込んだ大規模SSPDイメージングシステムの開発を進めている。今回、メアンダ型超伝導インダクタで構成される並列バイアス回路を作製し、それを実装した4×4 = 16ピクセルSSPDイメージングアレイの同時動作に成功したので報告する。
