We evaluated in-plane thermal conductivity of monolayer MoS2/MoSe2 van der Waals hetero-structure by Raman specroscopy. The hetero-structure sample was transfeered on the h</em-BN with ~1.2 μm diamater holes, which enables the thermal conductivity measurement of both suspended and supported area. Using the analysis by heat equation model, the in-plane thermal conductivity of ~85 W/mK and ~50 W/mK were obtained in each area.
