Novel optoelectronic devices are intensively developed by integrating two-dimensional layered materials such as graphene and transition metal dichalcogenide. To control their electronic functions, it is required to obtain atomic-scale insights into the dynamical response of electrons by applying an electrode bias and light. We have developed a first-principles computational program named SALMON that can be applied to photo-induced electron dynamics of nanostructures. In this study, we apply SALMON to a MoS2-Graphene heterostructure, and revealed the mechanism of the photoinduced electron transfer controlled by an applied electrode bias.
