[19p-C301-15] Angle-selective filters using one-dimensional photonic crystals

We designed the optimal structures of angle-selective filters for monochromatic illumination from the perspective of one-dimensional photonic crystals, based on wavelength-selective filters consisting of dielectric multilayers. In particular, polarization-dependence and leakage at high incident angles were well suppressed. We demonstrated the angle-selection functions of TiO₂/SiO₂ multilayers on Si substrates.
