[19p-F206-9] FTIR study of water adsorped water carbon nitride gsynthesized by an atmospheric nitrogen plasma

Water of about 10% weight is adsorped on the carbon nitride grown by an atmospheric pressure plasama. FTIR spectra so far are measured at the ambient condition. FTIR spectra of the carbon nitride is measured at vacuum for the first time. Accordingly a few absorption bands in the ambient FTIR spectra is assigned to water. On the other hand, the intrinsic NHx abosorption band is clearly known in the carbon nitride.
