In this survey, we conducted surveys on the status of domestic semiconductor manufacturing lines, actual conditions of utilization of foundry services and requests, and conditions such as semiconductor devices for IoT-related equipment and conditions for reusing for small-volume production of many kinds of products etc. Domestic semiconductor manufacturing We examined how to effectively utilize the line. This survey is the result of NEDO's consignment work "Ultra Low Voltage Device Project Realizing a Low Carbon Society Survey on Actual State of Domestic Semiconductor Production Lines and Examination of Effective Utilization Method".
