[19p-P1-7] Low noise IV convertor for ion current measurement using high-speed amplifiers

Keywords:IV convertor, ionic current

We have built various I-V convertors e.g. with ADA4817, a high-speed op-amp, and measured ionic current via a nanopore. The noise spectrum was compared with those of Axthopatch 200B and OPA111. As a result, the ADA4817 IV convertor delivered the highest -3 dB point of all the other circuits. However, Axthopatch 200B provided the lowest noise below 10 kHz with 4-pole 10 or 50 kHz Bessel filter.
