[19p-P5-34] Surface Ionic Conduction of Sm-doped CeO2-d Thin Film at intermediate temperature region

We have prepared the Sm-doped CeO2 thin film by RF magnetron sputtering and characterized its strucural and ionic conduction. The proton conduction below 350℃ increases with decreasing temperature. This contribites to the surface proton conduction proposed by Grtthus Machanism.
