CH3NH3PbBr3 perovskite quantum dots (PeQDs) are expected to be applied to versatile optical devices such as Solar cells, LED, and Lasers. We successfully synthesize perovskite quantum (PeQDs) by ligand-assisted reprecipitation and obtained PeQDs are precisely size-controlled from 16.7 nm to 5.3 nm via Ostwald ripening. We will report on reprecipitation conditions and optical characteristics from size-controlled PeQDs in detail.
