In this study, integrated waveguides were constructed by installing a metal diffraction grating in tapered parallel plate waveguides. Experiments using terahertz time domain spectroscopy and electric field simulation using FDTD method were performed. In this presentation, we will discuss these results and waveguides characteristics.
