[20a-D102-4] Study on operation dynamics of organic FET by gate-modulation spectroscopy

Keywords:Organic FET, spectroscopy

Although the development of semiconductor devices utilizing organic substances is vigorous, in the development of flexible displays, the role of organic FETs is important because they are responsible for the switching function. Also the switching function is determined by the response speed of the organic semiconductor to the electric field. In this research, we focus on the change of the spectroscopic signal accompanying the application of Gate in order to investigate the response. In fact, the change of the spectral signal accompanying the application of the gate voltage was measured. We derive knowledge about the dynamics of the element from the measurements.
