本報告では，近接ビーム間の複素振幅制御によりサブ回折限界スポットを生成した．それは，CGHの繰り返し計算において，多点分岐された集光ビーム間の距離や位相を制御することで実現された²⁾．また，生成されたサブ回折限界スポットは，フェムト秒レーザー加工に応用された．
