[20p-B401-3] Fabrication of strechable transparent electrode with jaggy structure using silver ink

We focus on fabrication of the transparent electrode using silver ink. Silver ink is less expensive than ITO, can print in the atmosphere, so cost reduction of transparent electrode fabrication can be expected. In the preparation of the transparent electrode, it is desirable that both the transmittance and the conductivity are high. It is necessary that metal pattern is not breaked when the transparent electrode stretched. In this study, a transparent electrode with juggy-like grid pattern was fabricated by Nano-imprint lithography (NIL), and transmittance and conductivity were measured.
