Silica glass can be bound by heating the contacted polished surface with load. When silica glass contacted with different OH concentration is heated, hydroxyl groups in the sample will diffuse near the binding interface. We have studied diffusion of hydroxyl groups. We found the analysis of determination of diffusion coefficient is appropriate. In this meeting, I will present diffusion of hydroxyl groups through the binding interface of silica glasses containing hydroxyl groups and oxygen defective centers.
