In this study, electrical properties of three kinds of Ru dinuclear complexes with different bridging ligand (Ru-N, Ru-C and Ru-1) were investigated by atomic force microscopy. Nonlinear I-V characteristics and current hysteresis were observed. It was found that hysteresis increased with slew rate and the slew rate dependence of hysteresis was different according to the kind of complex. In this presentation, the results of statistical analysis of current hysteresis measured with different slew rate, and the conduction mechanism will be discussed.
