Lead zirconate titanate (PZT) is widely used as a ferroelectric material used in electronic devices, but since lead oxide is toxic,lead-free material (Bi0.5K0.5) TiO3-BiFeO3 (BKTBF) based solid solution, our laboratory has investigated the relationship between the ferroelectric properties and crystal structure of BKTBF based solid solutions. In this research, focusing on (Bi0.5K0.5) TiO3-BiFeO3-KNbO3 in which potassium niobate is solid-solved, other metal element (Mo, W) substituted samples are prepared and evaluated of ferroelectric characteristics. Crystal structure analysis was performed using synchrotron X-ray diffraction. The relationship between the ferroelectric characteristics and the crystal and electronic structures were investigated.
