磁気光学(MO)イメージングは，高空間分解能な検査が可能で，有用な非破壊試験方法の一つである．原理上，MOイメージングには励磁器が必要であり，これまで我々の研究室では直流コイルを利用していた．従って，アルミニウムのような常磁性材料には対応できていなかった．そこで本研究では渦電流励磁に着目し，コイルの形状や配置による特性の違いを，有限要素法解析した結果について報告する.
