Keywords:Atmospheric pressure plasma, peeling efficiency, streamer

In this research, in order to clarify the peeling mechanism of paint by atmospheric pressure plasma irradiation, the research was carried out for the purpose of verifying factors other than the thermal stress inferred in the previous research. The experimental results were shown that the longer the streamer generation time, the better the peeling efficiency. From this, it is considered that the thermal energy associated with the formation of the streamer affects the peeling off. In addition, it was inferred that the impact when the bullet streamer hits the painted surface also affects the peeling off.
