An atmospheric-pressure plasma jet was irradiated to a concrete for 1 minute. After under-water curing, the compressive strength of the concrete irradiated plasma increased to approximately 1.2 times. The strength of the concrete improved by the atmospheric-pressure plasma jet irradiation.
