In the new drug development field, long-term quantitative measurement that is difficult in cell analysis relying on human eyes is required. In order to realize this, we have been developing electrochemical impedance sensors. To reduce the experimental cost, a computer simulation was performed but a model was used which did not consider the position dependency of cells. In this study, we examined the in-plane position dependency of cells in the simulation of adhesion cells cultured on the facing electrode.
