Living cell analysis is an effective tool in medical research and drug development. We have investigated the adherent cell analysis using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy. It is important to observe the cell adhesion and spreading conditions because these are the indicators of normality of cell. In this study, computer simulation was conducted to investigate the possibility of cell adhesion analysis using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy.
