Terahertz (THz) imaging and sensing technology attract much attention as a tool of nondestructive and noncontact imaging applications. In order to realize these applications, we have established nondestructive shape identification method in three-dimensional by a usage of carbon nanotube array THz scanner. In addition, we made huge progress on the previous three-dimensional surface imaging measurement technology.
