We developed low-background measuring methods of ³⁶Cl with the AMS system at the Univ. of Tsukuba. The ³⁶Cl beam transmission of 12% was achieved by changing the beam energy to 48.0 MeV. It would be expected that the background isotopic ratio improved to ³⁶Cl/Cl ~ 10^-16 by the developed analysis method for ³⁶Cl spectrum.
